Refund Policy

If a swap fails or times out, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of its credits. Once you start using a pack's credits, the digital service has been supplied and that pack can no longer be refunded, except where the law requires it.

If a result is clearly broken (for example, no face was swapped) but credits were still used, email us and we will review it and return the credits.

Email support@quickfaceswap.com from the address on your account with your order date. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Credits are sold by Ye Fang Yao, an individual based in the United Kingdom, operating QuickFaceSwap.
